Basketball Basics is a fun-filled basketball exercise program designed for your preschool-aged child. Our program introduces students to fundamental basketball techniques while promoting an appreciation for overall physical fitness.
Classes are designed for children ages two and older. Coaches work with each child at their own developmental level while empowering them to be confident and expressive.
Weekly classes focus on enhancing students' gross motor skills and cognitive development while promoting social interaction through group activities.
